You see, for most of my life I used to oversleep uncontrollably, pretty often…
Ten hours sleep was quite normal for me, and sometimes I could go up to 14 hours a “night”. Of course, the more I slept the more tired and drowsy I felt all day.
During years of struggle I tried various ways to stop oversleeping, from annoying alarm clocks to mantras and meditation. You could say I’ve become (kind of) an expert in sleep, energy and motivation…
Today I wake up easily, on time, even at 4:00AM (In the summer holiday my job requires it) and I have more energy than I’ve had in my youth!
Believe me, if I’ve done it, so can you…
I’m not saying it will be easy, though. You see, tiredness, oversleeping and other sleep problems come from a combination of physical and emotional causes.
In other words, you’d have to do some work on yourself – to change some of your habits. I’m talking about simple lifestyle and mindset changes – mainly better eating habits, better sleeping habits and a more positive attitude.
