You see, for most of my life I used to oversleep uncontrollably, pretty often…
Ten hours sleep was quite normal for me, and sometimes I could go up to 14 hours a “night”. Of course, the more I slept the more tired and drowsy I felt all day.
During years of struggle I tried various ways to stop oversleeping, from annoying alarm clocks to mantras and meditation. You could say I’ve become (kind of) an expert in sleep, energy and motivation.
Long story short…
I went from sleeping up to 14 hours a “Night” and feeling constantly tired, to waking up easily after 7 hours and feeling energetic whole day long…
…and you can too. Believe me, if can do it, anyone can!
I’m not saying it will be easy, though. You see, tiredness, oversleeping and other sleep problems come from a combination of physical and emotional causes. In other words…
You’d have to do some work – mainly on improving your habits and your mindset – your eating habits, your sleeping habits, your thought patterns, your attitude and so on.
