As you can imagine, this ADDICTION was damaging just about every aspect of my life - from my self esteem to my relationships, and all the way to my bank account. During years of struggle, I've done a lot of research on sleep, energy and motivation, and tried numerous ways to deal with my 'over sleeping problem'.
