We offer good solutions for snoring during pregnancy.

Snoring and Pregnancy: What is Dangerous?

Considering the many phases of physical changes that usually occur during the different stages and months of pregnancy, it should not be surprising that women tend to snore during this time. Snoring on a regular basis happens to be one of the physical changes that quite a number of women face. With the average percentage of women that are considered to be habitual snorers is approximately 4%, when it was studied, it showed that there is a large increase in these percentages with at least 30% of women finding themselves to be nightly snorers, by the end of their pregnancy.

Snoring is not a problem that starts to happen from the first week during the pregnancy, but instead it may happen during the second trimester, and is even more common during the third trimester of the pregnancy. The main reason that leads to snoring during pregnancy is the high increase in body mass, especially during the later stages of pregnancy directly due to the natural process of weight gain. When there is an excessive or over excessive amount of weight gain during pregnancy, the chances of snoring increase dramatically.

Asonor was award winning and #1 product overall as well as in the price/performance.

Hi, i'm a 24 year old working student and currently suffering from over sleeping. I tend to sleep atleast 11-13 hours a day and even after a few home based work i can fall asleep. I tend to push myself to go out and do some field work but when i get back home I still lose to my sleeping habits. I tried sleeping by 1130 1200 but it only leads to me tossing and turning until 3 - 4 am. I eat a balanced diet of food since our family is health conscious so there is no problems there. I just need to lessen my sleeping time since both my work and school are suffering for it, luckily I usually pull through by actually avoiding sleep. I'm tempted to try some sleeping pills but since I grew up with a family that isn't really favoring medicines to such a disorder I couldn't. Is it really something with my discipline or is there really something wrong with me?

I know why I sleep so much, I stay home all day. Its hard to get up in the morning when you have nothing to do. I tried joing the gym to work out in the mornings, volunterring, but I miss days when I'm in one of my 'sleeping moods'. I want to know how to stop it and wake up early to enjoy the whole day...I need to try harder and its really hurting me. I guess I need to treat it like an addiction, which I never thought about.

im am tired of being tired all the time, i am 23 years old, go to school from 6-10 in the evenings i come home eat, read and whatever until about 12 then i try to go to sleep but i can never ever fall asleep until about 3am im constantly tossing and turning until about 3, im tired and want to sleep but i just cant. then i end up sleeping until like 11 or 2 so when i wake up i feel yuckie, i feel as tho i could sleep more but i have to get up and i feel woozy, nauseated, have a headache, no energy what so ever and i dont want that i want to be able to go to fall asleep right away at 11 or 12 at night then get up in the morning and about 6 or 7 because i have so much that i need to get done but it never gets done. i dont eat healthy i love love love food im not fat im only like 110 but i eat more than all the men in my family and i eat every thing but veggies and i drink no water just a TONE of coke every day, i dont get out and walk or do anything active, i just leave the house when i need to go to the store of school or church but thats it and i so bad want all this to change but no matter how many times i set my alarm to go off at 6 or 7am i dont get up, i want to be able to get up and get out and walk or run, so what do you suggest that i do to stop all this tiredness and feeling sick when i wake up?

Sorry Charles, but I'm not a Doctor. Yet, it's a known fact that a very common side effect of all sorts of pills is excessive tiredness. About the effect of "chemo and radio", well, it sounds logical. That's really all I can say.

I wish you a fast and complete recovery and the best of health.

I am a cancer patient in recovery and am taking many pills related to my disease (including Ratio-Oxycocet).
Could pills such as the above be the cause of my oversleeping?
I am told that oversleeping may also be a long-term effect of chemo and radio...? How true is this ?
