I started this website after I've finally overcome my constant tiredness and chronic oversleeping...

Ever since I can remember myself, I used to have trouble getting myself out of bed in the morning, no matter how long I slept...

Ten hours sleep was quite normal for me, and sometimes I would go up to 14 hours a "night". Ironically - the more I slept the more tired and drowsy I felt all day.

As you can imagine, it had terrible effects on just about every aspect of my life - from my self esteem to my relationships, and all the way to my bank account... :-(

During years of struggle, I've done a lot of research on sleep, energy and motivation, and tried numerous ways to take control of my sleep and energy level.

Long story short - 
today I sleep about 7 hours, wake up refreshed (even before the alarm!), and I enjoy a high level of energy all day long.

Believe me, if can do it, anyone can...

You see, there is a ton of information out there. Some of it can be helpful, but most of it is either too scientific and complicated, or too broad and theoretical.
