I started this website after I've finally overcome my own problems of constant tiredness and chronic oversleeping...

Ever since I can remember myself, I used to have trouble getting myself out of bed in the morning, no matter how long I slept...

Ten hours sleep was quite normal for me, and sometimes I would go up to 14 hours a "night". Every time I overslept - I felt tired and drowsy all day.

As you can imagine, this ADDICTION had terrible effects on just about every aspect of my life - from my self esteem to my relationships, and all the way to my bank account...

During years of struggle, I've done a lot of research on sleep, energy and motivation, and tried numerous ways to take control of my sleep and increase my energy level.

I'm proud and happy to say that today I sleep about 7 hours, wake up refreshed (even before the alarm!), and I enjoy a high level of energy all day long.

Believe me, if can do it, anyone can!
