Excessive Tiredness

Why You Feel So TIRED All the Time...

I clearly remember the days when I would drag myself out of bed in the morning, only to fall asleep in the living room for a few more hours...

I even had times when I managed to get myself to do a morning workout.

Guess what...

I would come back home sweating, sit down to rest, and...fall asleep!

Today I know that I was always tired, because of... ME. I was damaging my sleep and draining myself of energy with my bad habits.

Hopefully your case is similar to mine, because It means that you can overcome it by yourself. However...

Excessive tiredness can also be a sign of some serious illness...

Are Sick or Just Tired?

Hyperthyroidism, Anemia and even heart problems are just some of the medical conditions that may cause constant or excessive tiredness.

Especially if you have other symptoms, such as headaches, loss of appetite, blurry vision or hallucinations, I recommend that you consult your doctor.

If you snore heavily, sweat a lot in your sleep, or wake up with headaches you may be suffering from some degree of Sleep Apnea - a quite common and possibly dangerous sleep disorder.

On the lighter side - tiredness is also one of the most common side effects of many medications, including... sleeping pills!

However, if you're all well and not taking any drugs...

Are You Always Tired Because of YOU?

Most chances are that you're always tired (as I used to be) because of a combination of bad habits and emotional issues.

In other words - the way you think, and the way you live...

For example:
Is stress wearing you out?

Stress is the main cause of tiredness for many people. It can affect your energy level in many different ways. One common way - it prevents you from getting a restful night sleep...

You lie in bed a long time until you fall asleep, because of your 'racing mind', and then sleep lightly. You get into 'deep sleep' only close to the time you're supposed to wake up and then force yourself out of bed - tired.
